"PLEASE FIND SOMETHING BETTER!! I’ve lived here for quite awhile before the new property owners took over. This apartment complex has been going down hill for awhile now but it’s gotten worse. These apartments are extremely overpriced and old. The laundromat and parking lot is always trashy and unkept. They refuse to address legitimate complaints, maintenance issues and the office is always closed because they can’t keep adequate staff. The previous three leasing agents were rude and disrespectful. They don’t care about the residents at all! They only want your money! Please save yourself the headache and find something else."

"I lived here from 2015-2019 and then 2019-2022 when an unfortunate series had me make the hard choice to move out once again HOWEVER I STILL LOVED IT HERE! The maintenance men are vary polite and super helpful! The pet deposit is ridiculously expensive at 400$ The only REAL problem ive ever had here are the "Neighbors" theres a tent just beyond the woods I see some people stay at, I've had people make unwanted advancements and even try to sell me drugs at one point! But regardless of my disagreements this is a wonderful place for any young non toxic couple or even best friends to move into! 7/10"

"Been living here for 4 years and I can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I've lived in! Ms. Donna is very nice and always interacts with the tenants, maintenance is superb anytime you need a job done Michael and Ricky are there within minutes and they're awesome and interacts with the tenants as well! Its like a family here :) The complex is a nice and quiet area with a pool, grilling area, lots of space to walk your animals, nice gym, recreational room for parties/get togethers etc., laundry room is always well kept, the neighbors and tenants here are so friendly! I love love love this place so much...highly recommend to anyone!"

"I have been at Danville Park Apts almost 2 years now. The best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Very peaceful and quiet. Office staff and maintenance are all wonderful. You call the office for maintenance and they are here within minutes. If you’re looking for a great place to live give them a call."
