"Never in the office, and never answer the phone. If you dont call the emergency maintenance line it will not get done, and these kids are the loudest omg !!!! I always fear when I'm ready to move I wont be able to, because no one is ever in the office."
"I am fixing to post a bad review on social media, call the news station and my attorney. This is not a safe place to live and the landlords don't care if you have been without heat for 6 weeks and it's been down in the 20's/30's the last few weeks. Slum lords and I will be contacting the housing authority and the better BBB. It is not the residence fault that they are in the middle of an ownership change. Handle your business!"
"1st.. the people giving this 1 stars must really not be following rules or paying rent. Just sayin. Safe neighborhood. I've been here 5 years with only a few minor complaints. We have it so much better here than with the majority of apartments in Decatur. The Majority of my neighbors are great. I can sit outside at night and read and can go to the mailbox after dark and be safe. Manager is doing her best with the new owner which is great. I have a town home style apartment with 1 1/2 bath and it's very spacious. Pros: Safe Neighborhood, spacious, allows pets, The walls are a nice warm sand color which I love, monthly pest control, washer dryer hook ups and a laundry room for those who don't, it's well lit, dishwasher, garbage disposal. I've subbed at the elementary school and the staff are fantastic and the school is bright and colorful. They do really fun field trips with the kids. Close to Kroger, Target, Walmart, ect. Cons: Maintenance is a bit slow getting things done, however it does get done. Kids need to be better monitored and not be allowed to scream all the time in front of apartments that aren't theirs (only 2 bad parenting apartments here), Lawn care needs to come more often, and dumpsters are always full. Maybe add a day to the trash route. The Pro's by far outweigh the Con's. Safe neighborhoods are hard to find these days!"
