"I went in asking for a taper from 3 to 1 bottom to top and a 1/4 inch off the top. She was carelessly cutting on streaks of my hair until I was practically bald. Now I am left with an egg head and about 1 inch left on the top. Never coming back and I suggest others don’t either."

"I told them I wanted 1” off my sons hair and mind you his hair was like 4-5” long and he came out with hair WAY shorter than it was meant to be and his bangs are BOTCHED and cut into an arch instead of straight across! I mean the guy that cut his hair did great and it looked good. But then this lady came back in from passing out coupons outside of the shop and she botched his hair all up…and went to town whacking all over it!"
