"I have heard bad things about this automotive business for the last year from certain people in Washington County , but now I am a true witness to it. I took my car into this autobody shop months ago because my breaks were squeaking very badly. Israel informed me over the phone that my breaks looked fine , though it was something else near my brake area that needed to be cleaned off. I paid him money to have it cleaned off, got it home, my breaks were still squeaking very bad. I asked him to please make it right. Instead of making it right. He refuses to make it right. When I contacted a man by the name of Mark about the same issue, Mark told me that Israel told him that they were not going to be working on my vehicle any longer and very rudely hung up on me. This store again never made things right about my car issue. I do not recommend this shop to anyone."
"Isreal provided me with the best car purchasing experience I have ever had, hands down. When he noticed me in the lot looking under the car with my flashlight, he not offered to put it up on a lift to help me get a better view, but also gave me his insights on anything I may have missed too. Was extremely understanding and courteous the entire time, always my first recommendation."
"My kia soul wouldn't start and they said tow it in and they'd look at it, even though they were booked into next week. It was the starter and they got me on the road the very next day. And they are so nice! I recommend them highly!"
