"Loved the head spa, I have being looking for one for a while and I believe they are the only one in Indy... you should definitely try it. Customer service was great, I didn't have a head tie, and my head spa specialist gave me hers... looking forward to visiting again:) Also got my nails done and they are amazing!"

"I had booked 2 signature head spas at 4:30pm. $170 before their discount. I get a text the night before confirming for 4:45. Not a big deal. We arrive, and my friend gets taken back first but is then left alone in the room for 10 minutes at least. I get taken back 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. The room is clean but very bright, and the sound is not dampened so you can hear what is happening in the nail area. The service itself has a lot of potential, but what we received was not worth even the discounted $137 price. The massages and scalp treatments had no flow and did not have flowing, relaxing movements. It felt as if the whole time we were being scrubbed clean instead of trying to relax. During the services, both of our technicians were walking in and out of the room(mine did this a minimum of 4 times). It felt as if they had not properly set up for the service and had to get things they forgot they needed. Another employee would come in and talk to the technicians during the service as well. My technician walked out during the steam and mask portion, I am assuming the door hit the phone stand because it came crashing down on the plastic dome surrounding my face and knocked the dome halfway off the table(this was apparently edited out from the video they posted on their instagram). There was also a robotic voice that would announce the temperature change of the water towards the end of the service. Our hair was not blown dry, however I did tell my technician they didn’t need to because my hair takes for ever to dry. Our hair did not feel nourished. It felt stripped and dry. Both of our faces were irritated from the products used. We both felt like leaving in the middle of the service because it was not a relaxing experience. We left feeling tired, and not like a blissful post spa service tired. I was going to make this a private comment directly to the business. I felt that this service does have the potential to be worth the price tag attached to it. However, my friend asked what products they used on her skin during the head spa because she’s having an allergic reaction, and they refused to share the ingredient list. I have worked in high end spas and salons. If a customer asks for an ingredient list, you are supposed to share it. I am sure they do great nails here, but we will not be returning for any services at Calla nails."
