"I am a headlice removal technician and I needed a terminator lice comb ASAP to complete a job and Ulta saved the day! I purchased the Fairy Tales head lice kit that included a lice comb for $29.99 and I was able to complete my job!"

"I visit this location often as I am a huge Ulta fan, but this site is never friendly, they rarely ask me if I need help or offer support on the sales floor. This weekend I went to the register for my birthday gift reward, and the cashier told me “We’re out. It’s first come first serve.” I asked if I could have the next month Reward or something else, as I’m pregnant and this is the earliest I could travel out to the store. He said No, there’s nothing that he could do. I drove 40 minutes to another store in Whitestown, IN. They were also out of the gift, but without hesitation, they offered me a different sample. I made sure to go purchase a few items too so they get the commission! Avon staff is just needlessly rude and unhelpful."

"I have gone to this location in several occasions and when I leave I swear that I will never return to that store. I opened my charge account online because of the discount teaser and bought a few items to be picked up. When I got them they were the wrong shade. I took them back immediately and was told I couldn’t do that because I had to wait 24 hours. That was understandable. I wanted to return one of the items and I couldn’t do that either because I had to wait until I got the original card. All of this could have been explained to me but instead 3 of the workers huddled behind the register and laughed at me. When I called to complain she said she was in her lunch and couldn’t deal with me right now. My final straw today was my mom bought the wrong shampoo and threw the receipt away. My fault for not keeping it. The way these women talk down to their customers is gross. I’m not sure who gave the customer service class here but it takes no time to be kind or offer an apology. I was just going to buy the other shampoo but, I will drive to Plainfield to the other Ulta. I know they won’t care but I’ll feel better knowing I got this out there."

"This ulta is so much nicer than the one in Allentown pa. Everyone that works at the avon IN Store is so nice and helpful. I was honestly shocked I didn't get attitudes or get followed around the store and treated like a thief like how the Allentown pa store treats you. The employees here are very helpful too. I appreciate it and now I actually will be shopping here. The store was clean and didn't smell either."
