"If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I went in to get my nails done, showed him the picture and picture of the nail shape. He kept getting the shape all wrong. 3 hours into my appointment, I kept telling him the shape was wrong and he wasn't fixing it. I sat there for over 3 hours with him not understanding at all, even after showing him pictures multiple times. I finally told him I did not like my nails, but I do not have time to sit here any longer. My right hand nails are way shorter than my left hand. All my nails are different shapes and sizes. I call the next day to talk to someone about this and he ends up saying I was being disrespectful for walking in without an appointment (even with their sign on the front door saying “walk ins welcome”) and that if I was not satisfied with my nails then I should have told him (even though I did multiple times). After about 5 minutes he hands the phone to a CUSTOMER getting her nails done. She starts telling me that I have deeper rooted problems other than getting my nails done and starts questioning my PARENTING?? Then ANOTHER customer gets on the phone and starts going OFF on me about how everything in my life cannot be perfect. I am BEYOND floored at what happened and that a business would hand the phone to a customer. I was completely attacked by their customers, that had no idea what was going on. He is now saying I can come in to get my nails fixed.. but who in their right mind would want to come get their nails fixed by them after that? I have no idea how they are still in business. I have attached pictures of my left/right hand, the inspo picture I showed him for shape and design, and what I ended up getting."
