"I received a soak treatment, and during my nail service, I observed that the technician lacked the necessary expertise. Despite paying $70 for the service, I felt that I could have achieved a better result by performing the procedure myself at home. The final outcome appeared subpar and unprofessional, akin to work done by an inexperienced individual. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction, the technician attributed the outcome to the condition of my nails rather than addressing the service quality, and no effort was made to provide a refund. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed, and I have no intentions of returning to this establishment. If it were possible, I would rate my experience with zero stars."

I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they were so committed to finding the perfect colors and stickers to make my nails look exactly how I asked. Never going anywhere else again. She was really attentive to detail, took good care of my nails by removing the gel carefully, and kept asking if I was comfortable throughout the whole process.
