"Room has been flooded the electric outlet for the AC is all shattered. The baseboard is all coming loose. The wall mount tv is sitting on the dresser with nothing attached to the wall mount. The handicapped shower slopes to the center of the bathroom floor was impossible to stand safely in the bathroom. Very disappointed in the quality of the room for the price we paid. Hallway smells like skunk as soon as we entered pot party happening too."

"We are Best Western reward members as well as Marriott platinum elite. When we are in areas where Marriott is not available or the rate is high then BW it is and this is literally the worst stay we have ever had. 1) Water damage and mold on the ceiling. 2) Not one not two but three random roaches in the room. 3) Rooms were uncomfortably hot even when the air was turned on. 4) Ants in the shower and on countertops WE CHANGED ROOMS And still it was not up to par. The rooms were clean by the naked eye but not kept up or up to date. The window in the second room barely closed and had ants. The best thing management offered was a 30% off coupon."

"Unfortunately, I chose this hotel during a very busy weekend. So, I excused a few mishaps at the start of my stay such as a roach swimming inside of the toilet (strike 1). As I walked towards the window to turn on the air, what do I see...another roach on its back between the bed and window (strike 2). I turned on the air and began to walk back towards the door but before passing the second bed-I see another brown friend on its back (strike 3). My boyfriend went to the front desk to ask for a broom so we could sweep the brown family up but was told they didn't have any brooms. The front desk clerk told him there's a Walmart across the street and he could go there to get one. I was like...WHAT!!! NO BROOM!!! So my son and I started playing soccer with them by kicking the roaches out into the hallway. I was paranoid to continue my stay. I overheard other guests sharing their roach adventures during their stay too. I was charged $590 to stay in a roach infested hotel!!"

"If you’re looking for a place to get some sleep and take a shower, keep driving and do not stop here! Their rooms are disgusting with holes in drywall everywhere. Their showers don’t have running hot water and bathrooms are tiny. If you love the smell of weed you’re in luck! The entire room smells like that when you walk in. To summarize, I would save your money and go somewhere else."
