"I do NOT recommend this Hotel. The beds were the hardest I've ever slept on, might as well have slept on the floor. There was a living cockroach in the bathroom this morning. If anyone who has epilepsy, definitely do not stay here. The third floor was flickering light central including our room. The only positive thing I have to say is I'm glad it was pet friendly and quiet"

"The people at the desk was nice so I don't blame them for the condition of the room. When you 1st look into the room looks are deceiving... Looks very nice.. you step into the bathroom, looks like they try to update it. Which would be great if the tub wouldn't leak when you take a shower and you can tell it's done it for awhile because the door is water damaged. Then once your done with your clean up of a massive water leak, already for bed. Then you realize your king size bed has a major sneaking across the middle. The owner needs to step back and look better at the updates... We would never stay here again. Would I recommend this place... NO"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Inn, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of both the room and the dining area for breakfast truly stood out. The room was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic environment was evident. The comfortable and well-appointed accommodations made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast offered at Comfort Inn was not only delicious but also served in a spotless dining area. The variety of options provided a great start to my day, and the staff's attentiveness added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Comfort Inn for its commitment to cleanliness, excellent room quality, and a satisfying breakfast. The combination of these factors made my stay memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future."

"I give this one star because I would not stay more than 1 night. It served the purpose to stay when roads were shut down in a winter storm but the room had mold in the bathroom, broken sink faucet, the light about the mirror had no bulb and the panels were falling out, the bed sheets had stains on them, and like most hotels... the mattress hurt my back. The best part was that the bathroom at least had plenty of toilet paper and complimentary soap, and shampoo"

"First off, the staff at this place were amazing. They were doing their best with the facilities they’ve been given. They were kind to us and humored my daughter’s questions with good humor. It isn’t their fault that the facility isn’t being maintained or invested in properly. That being said, we didn’t find out until we arrived that the pool was closed for maintenance, which was a bit of a bummer since we had kind of picked the hotel for that reason to add a little extra frivolity to our stay. Based on the other conditions within the hotel, I have come to suspect that the pool has been unavailable for quite a while though and probably should no longer be considered an amenity in their listing. My husband and I referred to the third floor as the mute party floor. Every light in the hallway, including the fire alarm lights, were blinking incessantly; which seriously makes me question the safety of the hotel. There was a pervasive musty smell that seemed to be a constant throughout the hall and room. The room appeared clean though, and we did a check for bedbugs and spiders that came up clean in our room. The tub was spacious but lacked a drain plug. The toilet seat was round while the toilet itself was oval, so it didn’t fit and made it awkward to sit upon. The toilet also leaked profusely from the tank area when flushed. The water was clean but who wants to walk through a puddle of toilet water, ever? The staff heard our concerns, tried to find a plug for our tub, and gave us towels to sop up and control the leak. Their hands are basically tied by their management so they did the best they could. The continental breakfast was pretty good, and there was a lot of good humor in the dining room thanks to staff. Honestly, I feel bad for the staff because of the conditions they’re forced to have to cope with. The guests and the staff deserve better, especially for the rate that’s being charged. Our visit doesn’t match what I expect from Comfort Inn. The owners should be ashamed that they’ve let it fall into such disrepair and should lose their franchise if they don’t bring everything up to code soon. If it weren’t for the staff, this would easily be a one star review."
