"UNPROFESSIONAL! The ‘owner’ Tiffany terminates my son bc of my demeanor she claims. She say bc I rolled my eyes. She in fact was argumentative and very rude toward me from our 1st to last encounter. She called me while I was at work to defend her case and scream thru the phone. Of course when I go to pick my son up I ask about a refund. I paid $160 for the week in addition a $40 late fee/ $200. He’s only been enrolled 3 days. She becomes combative and act like she want fight me. Her staff chimes in to help her. I do not recommend. Unless you’re ok with being disrespected. I intended 0 zero stars but had to pick 1 to post. Edit: Ok. The facts?! His 1st day I pick my sign up you immediately drill me about the late fee. I explain I misunderstood the pick up with the closing time and YOU were very rude with your reply and let’s not forget demeanor. No behavior or communication you demonstrated should come from a business owner. No compassion what so ever. I return the next morning. Pay my late fee and asked about who sits with my child? I also asked a staff member who was dressed in regular clothes if she was an employee bc she was reaching for my son. For all I know she was another parent ! She says yes, I hand her my son. No one is allowed inside so I leave. Day 3, You call me while I’m at work talking about termination because I rolled my eyes on Day 1. Stop with the dramatics and lies. I was 40 mins late. $1/per min $40 which I paid so why you so pressed about me and not your job as a caregiver to my son?! Unprofessional and disrespect is all I ever got from you. Never spoke or even introduced yourself or asked my name. God bless you lady! 0 stars !"

"My 10 month old nephew was picked up with a black eye. After noticing and contacting the daycare, no explanation was offered by the staff who then instead insinuated it was done at home. All the while saying he was hit in the eye but not providing an incident report and becoming very defensive and uncooperative. Be cautious when sending your children!"

"My 10 month old nephew was injured today , upon asking what happened staff got really defensive and refused to show cameras of the incident. When questioned further about the black eye my cousin received staff acted like they didn’t even know what was going on. They also REFUSED to give an incident report. Please think of another place to send your child if you want them safe."

"LOVE THIS DAYCARE !! Affordable, offers over 9.5 hours a day for working parents or guardians (best daycare for long hour workers), and every employee member of New Beginnings Child Care that I meet overtime genuine loves my kids. My daughter is now 5 and still remembers and loves all her teachers and they always greet and hug her when picking up her baby brother. He started off shy and fussy and they have helped my baby open up and learn so much at a rapid pace when considering daycares definitely should consider this one."

"I love this place! Open earlier and close later than most in the area which is perfect for working parents. I also know my child is safe and I don’t worry at all because she is already learning things to prepare her for school. The staff is amazing and communicates well which is a big plus when you are leaving your pride and joys with them, technically all day. I can’t say enough good things about how much I love my daughter being cared for and taught here ❤️"
