"It's extremely frustrating when you go to ahotel to stay for an event and you have NO hot water! I called the front desk, and she said, "Oh, I thought that was taken care of?" It clearly wasn't, and we had to take COLD showers. Also, they had no drinks for sale or any snacks to offer for purchase. Most definitely one of the worst places we have ever stayed. Don't waste your money on this place!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The “man” at the front desk was so disgustingly rude. Apparently we ruined his pot smoking session, because when we walked in the entire lobby wreaked of marijuana. He gave us our room key, (we had reservations for a suite with a king bed) and we walked into a room with two standard size beds and the room smelled horribly of mildew and sewage. We went back to the guy at the front desk, and that’s when it got ugly. He was so nasty to us, cussing and yelling at us in front of other customers. Assuming they have security cameras, someone from cooperate needs to watch the footage. This was approximately 9:30pm on February 23, 2024. Absolutely disgusted with this place and the service. We immediately checked out and got a different hotel far away from this place."

"Room was nice we got a free upgrade due to the floor was wet in the first room, which was nice. But the front desk clerk named Kim was very rude, I called in about 20 mins before my arrival to ask what room I was going to be in so I could order food and I just told her my name and she was cutting me off and told me spelling my name was not necessary because it’s spelled how it sounds but then she had to ask me twice what my first name was.. then when I arrived she was rude telling me I had to have a physical key and said I must be “Mr Blanton”. Just no customer service."

"Our first impression was that the room was a little beaten up (broken lamp shades and light fixtures), but as we looked closer, we found it to be mostly clean and spacious. We opted for a king studio on the first floor to be close to the side parking and the complimentary breakfast buffet. I used my Hilton app to check in and choose my room, but stopped by the front desk for key cards and to show my ID. The young lady that checked me in was friendly and helpful, and I loved that there was a list of nearby restaurants to take with me. Parking is plentiful, and the location is quiet and private. No road noise! The indoor pool was very busy, but we were thrilled that it was in working order and heated."
