Embassy Suites by Hilton Birmingham Hoover

"Me and my wife did not get a room but went there for a seminar. Place was very clean, people were very friendly. I would like to try and stay at this place to see what it's really like. It's in a great location I think people would like this particular Embassy Suites."

"We had to visit UAB Hospital back in January and had stayed at another hotel in town that was horrible. It was extremely cold and we had no heat in our room. It also was not the cleanest of places. I slept fully dressed with my hat on my head. Fast forward to our second night at Embassy Suites Hoover...it was a whole different day, the staff, the hotel, the room, the Drink Mixer, and breakfast the next morning was just truly lovely. I was able to take a hot bath in a clean bathroom that felt like home. This is now the only place I will stay when I have another Dr.s visit. I absolutely love this hotel!!!"

"Great location for the largest indoor shopping mall in Alabama. Service was excellent. Nice little gift shop convenient shop. They had t-shirts, jellies and jams. That was nice most shop just has normal stuff that you can buy at Walgreens like the local touch. Room service was excellent cost was well in line with most hotels. Food was real good. Managers reception bartender was excellent in taking care of everyone quickly. I like the way the have the bar and restaurant seating section off. So if you don’t want to seat in an area that is full of people and loud you and move to the other area for a little quieter experience. I will return to this location especially since they actually have room service. Most Embassy suites have cut room service out. And you have to find a Hilton Garden."

"For the price of the hotel, this one is fantastic. It’s very clean and well cared for. The lobby/bar area is lovely with lots of individual TVs in booth areas. The indoor pool and hot tub area are lovely. The breakfast was superb compared to most of these free breakfasts, with eggs that actually taste like eggs instead of cardboard and a fresh omelet station. We choose suites so that our kids have a separate room without buying two rooms and this one was one of the nicest we’ve found lately. The location is safe, parking is plentiful and well lit, easy access off the highway when passing through, and close to many stores. Even the restaurant room service was both tasty and affordable. It’s clearly well managed and the employees care about what they are doing. Sure, maybe there is a lifting piece of wallpaper or an aging vanity finish here and there, but it really isn’t bad at all. At this price point, and even a bit higher, this is the best option by far. It will be our go-to any time we are in Birmingham."

"This has become our go to hotel when visiting family in Birmingham. The pool is our favorite feature along with amenities nearby. The rooms are perfect for families with small children and the restaurant was *chefs kiss* excellent service. The gentleman could tell our hands were full so he'd step away from the bar very often to check on us and get anticipate our needs before asking. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and there's plenty of parking. What's not to love? Only issue is room service not being as available as we'd like but it didn't take away from the experience."
