"First time guest. Very impressed with cleanliness of room & hotel. Rooms are quiet. Staff were very friendly & helpful. It is about 15 minutes from downtown & The Summit but well worth the drive to have a safe, well lit parking lot & no traffic to deal with."
"This is a beautiful and very safe location that is easily accessible to key areas of the Birmingham metro. It is near a quiet office park close to I-459 with plenty of free parking. The meeting rooms are very nice and even include an outside patio area that can be utilized. We hosted a group of about 30 people at this location and although the hotel was experiencing some technical issues beyond their control during our visit, they were committed to insuring that we were happy and our party was well taken care of. We can't say enough good things about Director of Sales Stephanie McElmurray and General Manager Michael Donaldson. These two leaders and many members of their staff are committed to outstanding hospitality. We recommend this location strongly."
"The hotel is located in a good area, but I feel like our bathroom was not cleaned so it made me question whether the room had been cleaned. There were spots all over the sink faucet, a giant crack in the toilet seat, the hair dryer was hanging out of the bag and shelf and was covered in dust and dirt, the tub looked mildewed around the edges and caulking was cracked, and there was hair in the drain of the sink which didn't have a stopper. I ended up taking hand sanitizing from my purse and cleaned the counteracts, faucet, and toilet seat and handle. Very disappointing for the price we paid and to be Hilton brand. On the positive side check in was quick and easy."
"Inexperienced staff made it very challenging overall. Got charged for my room twice and am still sorting it out with my bank from a week ago. Please be weary and make sure you specify clearly with the front desk and hold their hand. Hilton was once the standard in hotels. Crazy how things have gotten to at this point…"
"Indoor pool area has tile falling off the wall and on the floor. Plenty of rusty walls and equipment around the pool. No towels to be had. Got out off the pool and had to wait for some at front desk. Guy was nice at check in but took him 20 minutes to check us in. No exhaust fan in the double room 516. Door falling off the fridge cover up door? Beautiful location room was clean. No complimentary breakfast ? Also noticed this in the bathroom see picture"
