The owner even drove to another state to pick up custom furniture/headboards which I'd had made to compliment my masterbedroom. "My pregnant wife got taken advantage of when ordering some fabric for our baby nursery window which we only needed enough to cover a 71in wide by 87in tall for two small panels planned to be hung flat. They ended up sending her home with 13 yards of fabric when she only needed 6 if that. The owner was very disrespectful and rude. We will never do anymore business with them ever. Thanks for being a cheap skate and a terrible business owner."

"I could not be more pleased with the new drapes I ordered from RichTex for my master bedroom. I first visited the showroom and was helped by a friendly, knowledgable associate. She gave me lots of samples in cream and white tones, with different weights and price points. Once I saw them in my home, I selected my favorite and placed an order. The woman who took my order further assisted with getting the right length. I also needed blackout lining. They came in right on time and look so nice! The selection, friendly and expert service, and product quality surpassed my expectations. I will be back soon to decorate another room. Thank you so much!"
