"I have been in your store 3 plus times since the first of December. Your ladies restroom is atrocious. The floor has not been clean. The stainless steel doors and walls are “filthy”. It is really sad to use your rest rooms and not a pleasant experience to say the least. Perhaps you did not know this but now you do so hope something changes."
"Love Sam's Club!!! I save 30, 40 and sometimes 50 percent off things I use on a regular basis! The Deli has the best pizza by the slice and their hot dogs are great! And I don't even like hot dogs! Members Mark is a good store brand. The folks in the pharmacy are great! Always friendly and caring. Above all they make sure to assist if you need a consultation or explaining any interactions between your meds."
"You can download the app for Sam's and then scan your items and pay for it without going to the checkout lane. Fast & easy! I am now a plus member and have many items shipped to my house free. Of course dairy meats and frozen food you still have to pick up at the store"
"Don’t expect to get any help if you need it. Our local Sam’s Club in Pensacola was out of stock in some Christmas lights. Sam’s app said they were in stock at the Daphne Sam’s Club. Before driving two hours, I tried to call the store three times. The phone rang off the hook endlessly each time. We finally decided to drive there and see if we could find the lights. We were unable to find them on any aisle in the store, nor could we see them in any of the overstock shelves, but many of the pallets in the overstock area were covered. We attempted to get help for ten minutes before giving up and leaving without. There was no one to help anywhere. The Customer Service counter had just one person working with a line that went all the way to the entrance. Short-staffed is an understatement. So is “disappointed.”"
"Another big box that requires a membership. Prices seem reasonable for most items. Selection kinda favors what will sell fast, thus somewhat restrictive. Selection also favors their store brand."
