"I do like the remodel. This doesn't change that the place seems to be run by children. The food is never fresh it always seems stale and old. Their breakfast isn't bad I'll give em that. If you want food the way you remember it you need to go to guntersville. They are doing it right."

"Okay here's little rundown of my experience. I order my food, pull up to the first window, I sit there for three or four minutes and think, well maybe she said pull to the second window. I pull up behind the car at the second window and sit there for another 3 or 4 minutes before I hear "excuse me sir", so a backup and pay. Get to the second window Guy has me a bag and says "have a nice day", and I'm like "where's my drink" ? He replys "you didn't have a drink". I look in the bag and it's not my order, I handed back to him and say "I had a #2 large sized with a coke". That's when the Mass confusion set in. Another lady walked up said diet Coke tried to hand it to me and I was like no it's supposed to be regular Coke. So this lady was apparently sick or something she coughed like three times while I was dealing with her and that's a big turnoff for me and food. She asked me to pull up while they prepare my order, I just got my money back and left. I had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes during the whole process. I left and went to Burger King."

"Do not come here, I’m currently in line now, the manager of shift is giving me such a hard time 2nd time I had to come back and they are acting as if I’m causing such a big issue when I’m just trying to get my food corrected. Your night shift needs to be fired and I really deserve a refund for all my troubles. More on that as I’ve just returned home. I’m posting this due to all my troubles. Come home and the manager who made my food can’t even do it properly!!!! McDonald’s you better refund me or you will see a lawsuit ahead of you!!!"

"Went through drive thru yesterday and went to the 2nd lane (Lane 1 was blocked by some idiot that wasn't pulled up all the way yo the speaker and I assume was asking everyone in the car what they wanted). I pulled up to the speaker and was asked if I had a mobile order to which I replied no. I was then asked to wait. While waiting, the idiot in lane 1 pulled up and was able to order food then someone else in lane 1 was able to order their food before me even though I was there first. I just drove off. Based on the reviews, this McDonald's is poorly managed and has a multitude of issues. I will go to the many other fast food establishments nearby before I ever come back here; it seems like they have better service than this McDonald's."

"Suppose to close at 11 and wouldn’t take my small order of just a sundae at 1045 then went and hid from view. I drove 25 minutes to make it in time from work. I understand they want to go home but closing to clean 15 minutes early is the type of ethics that will keep you working at McDonald’s. If I owned this place then whoever made this decision gets their walking papers and last paycheck .25 of an hour short."
