"Staff are very rude and frequently get an attitude with the patients. I don't think a grown adult should be having childish power trips over patients. Thankfully I was able to get out pretty quick, but every day I was in there was miserable and honestly made me think about killing myself more. I don't see how a place like this could help someone recover. Please reconsider before sending your children here."

"While this place is mostly for crisis care, I cannot thank Dr. Mahaffey enough for all his work. The occupational therapist, Laura, was phenomenal, and the nurses Cassandra and Kelly were spectacular. Alex, James (both of them), and the tech were all great, but Katrina really stuck out for me particularly due to my low blood pressure episode. She took good care of me and made sure I was okay each and every night after. Thank you for all you've done!"
"This place isn’t for therapy it is for a crisis situation and mainly medication management. Some of the staff is incredible such as Katrina , Taylor, Marlo , Bryan, and Mr Alex, and James as well even though they tend to be more strict LOL these employees do their job and make you feel like a person Dr Mahaffey is kind and listens to your concerns and truly wants to help you. I came her for severe anxiety and depression that I could no longer manage myself. The doctor prescribed me medication that is so far helping me and at the beginning I did not want to be there however I was there from my own choice. I stayed until I was cleared by the doctor and so far so good."
"I went here 5 TIMES before they told me they couldn't help me and I never got the help I needed. I had my birthday in there and now I hate birthdays because it reminds me of this terrible place. The staff were mean and cruel and I never felt welcomed. One of the nurses made fun of my suicide attempt. They gave you shots just because you were having a meltdown. DO NOT send your kid here if you don't want them to come out traumatized."
