"We are so thankful to have this pediatric urgent care so close and accessible! Making the appointment online was very easy and cut down on the wait time in the waiting room which is a game changer. Everyone was so friendly from checkin, vitals check and the actual appointment. We loved the nurse practitioner that we saw today, she was very thorough and answered any and all questions!"
"Went on a Sunday morning, front desk lady was very sweet and friendly, staff in the back were very nice, doc was super informative. We waited about 45minutes but had to fill out paper work. They have a useful app that notes all your visits so next time I’ll set up appointment online"
"Loved that we could check in online/book appt. Front desk woman was very sweet. We got taken back quickly. The MA was very quiet - not the best personality for dealing with kiddos. She swabbed his nose but didn’t tell him what she was going to do. She didn’t say much at all. But the Dr was thorough and super kind! Only there for about an hour. Would absolutely recommend and go back!!!"
"Great experience with staff who are very patient and work well with children. Especially those who are anxious about going to the doctor. Medical assistant Ashli was absolutely amazing with my child! And NP Vivian Tucker took time to answer my questions and gave me information about what to watch for at home. The receptionist was also so friendly and helpful. Everything about our experience was fantastic. I hope we don't need to return, but if we need somewhere to take our children after hours, very thankful for this clinic. Highly recommend."
"Wonderful place! Took my son in for a persistent cough. Did all the paperwork online before I got there and I checked in from my phone which is great, it was all super easy. The ladies upfront were very polite and greeted us when we walked in! We got taken back quickly and got seen by the doctor fast as well. The doctor was very polite and had wonderful bedside manner! He addressed all our needs and we got quickly on our way. They even gave my son a lollipop, which he was very thrilled about! We will for sure come here again!"
