"The rooms here are pleasant, but I encountered an issue recently. I accidentally left my tennis shoes in my room last week, and since then, I've been making daily calls, often three times a day, in an attempt to retrieve them. Unfortunately, I haven't received a satisfactory response or solution regarding the whereabouts of my shoes. This ongoing situation is quite frustrating, as it appears that the staff isn't taking any action to address the issue or that someone may have taken my shoes. In either case, it's been a disappointing experience and a reflection of poor service."

"Walked up to check in at 7pm on the dot. Told my 5 year old we could get a cookie at checkin. There were no cookies and girl at counter said ran out. I said can you please make some.more. She said no as her manager, Diana, specifically told her not to make cookies after 7pm. By end of her statement, it was literally 7:01pm. Wow, what considerate, personable service."

"Location works for us. Rooms are nice but cleaning is sub par. I know getting all hairs out is difficult. But when I see many in the bar, it’s gross. We are here for games and the place can be crowded and booked. Walls are thin. Lots of noise and loudness. Hear bird squeaks from the fan. Hear upstairs water running. Loud footsteps all night after football game. Music from other guests. Lots of pets. Nice that hotel is next to trailhead. Trailhead is busy but beautiful. Stayed twice and bc of location plan on staying more. Ac not working well in some units."

"During my business travels, I have stayed at various Residence Inn locations, including this one multiple times. Unfortunately, I must say that this particular spot is the worst of them all, and I encountered several significant issues: 1. Noise and cleanliness problems: The room’s refrigerator constantly made noise, especially at night, disrupting my sleep. Additionally, the unsettling discovery of three silverfish bugs in the utensil drawer negatively impacted the overall cleanliness of the room. 2. Limited hot water for showers: The water temperature was adequate, but the amount of hot water available was extremely small, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower. 3. Inconsistent complimentary bottled water: During check-in, the staff’s approach to providing complimentary bottled water was inconsistent. While some offered it proactively, others overlooked it entirely. Unfortunately, I ended up buying water on my own during my first visit due to this oversight, causing inconvenience. 4. Dishonest pricing/marketing: I was presented with a special deal for Marriott members that included breakfast at an additional cost. However, upon arrival, I discovered that all guests received breakfast without any extra charge. This lack of transparency left me feeling unfairly charged for something that should have been included. In conclusion, this Residence Inn fell short in terms of room comfort, service, and transparent pricing, leaving me with a negative impression. I hope my feedback will be taken into account to improve the experience for future guests."
