"Do not let the outside scare you off. The room was very clean, NO carpet (which i love) the water pressure and water temp need some work but overall a great hotel. The front desk lady was super nice and the breakfast was great!!"
"Rooms are extremely clean and environment feels safe. Due to extenuating circumstances staff made an exception by letting me check in early which I appreciated and they even went to the trouble to make sure I was on the ground floor so I did not have to do the stairs. My boyfriend has also stayed here several times and loved it Highly recommend for a convenient stop off of I-20 near Birmingham"
"Clean room, nice staff. but that’s it . Booked a non smoking room, got a smelly smoker room. No hair drier , no cafe machine in the room and the fridge must switch off every evening, because it was so noisy . Self service laundry doesn’t work, machine breaked down. Swimmingpool it has been taken apart for a long time"
"Never will I be staying here again! Literally there was pop or coffee splashed all above the sink. The ice bucket was dirty. Out of only 2 pop machines, they were both completely empty. When I walked up to the office, the guy was sitting back in his chair completely asleep! The place looked real decent from the outside but this time looks were definitely deceiving!"
