"In my opinion the people who own this plc are not good landlords at all!! A friend of mine lives here and she pays her rent on time every month and her apartment has black mold in the living room, they pulled up her kitchen floor just to never replace it. Not good"
"Quiet, everyone seems nice. Have only been here a little while but seems okay. Payments are easy, office ladies are very nice and to the point, and maintenance is nice and speedy. Price is good for what you get. The only negative is the few roaches we have had but I think that’s way better than a lot in other places."
"This is where we're moving to. I wish I could rate it higher but anywhere that has roaches is a bad place. We are taking care of them ourselves because I don't guess they're big people are very good. We had to move and this is all we could find at the time."
"Honestly can’t complain for the price, it’s super cute on the inside. However, roaches since the day I moved in and I’m VERY clean and can’t get rid of them. Maintenance and office ladies are very kind, nice and quiet neighbors too. :)"
