"Terrible customer service. They would not allow me to return an online order because their system showed it to have been purchased over 90 days ago. Even after showing the original email of purchase and delivery (less than 30 days ago) I was told the same thing because I did not have the packing slip (that was not included with the order). It blows my mind that there is an inability to be able to comprehend that a computer system may be incorrect, even upon showing proof and timeline of purchase.Thankfully, I submitted an email to corporate about the situation and they very quickly sent me a paid shipping label to return the item for a full refund."
