"Older motel but serviceable. I read other reviews and see their points but some seem overly harsh. There are smoking rooms and they show in burn holes on counters, tub, bedspreads. Isn't affecting the use of these items imo. There are stores, gas stations in front of and beside property. This makes getting a bite to eat or other amenities more convenient and I haven't heard the traffic or pedestrian noise from this. The pricing is below average and this is what's going to bring in the business here. Great spot if you're working in the area (fits the bill for me), or getting off the highway for a nights sleep. "My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay because our truck broke down on the way back home from vacation and this was the closest location. We had to take a smoking room because they wanted to charge us $80 on top of what we already paid for a non smokers room . The room isn't great and smells horrible. The showers are disgusting. The towels aren't clean and glad we have our own . The beds are not comfortable. Unless you are in a unfortunate position like my boyfriend and I , I would definitely not stay here ."

"DO NOT stay at this motel. We had no hot water, the beds were not comfortable, pillows were awful, towels were not clean, and no wall plugs. Worst stay ever!!"

"I arrived in Leeds at around 0330 hrs, and while refilling my gas take at the local BuckBees, I noticed this Inn across the street. So after my gas stop, I drove over and asked if there were any rooms available. All they had was a queen that was smoking. Got my key and got into my room, and it was apparent that the room was a smoking room. It wreaked of previous use. And sadly I could not turn on the TV. Fortunately, I had my laptop. The room sufficed for a place to rest up. Check it was simple. As was check out. Besides the smell of cigarettes, it was pleasant and peaceful."

"We just needed a place to sleep and shower while we were passing through Leeds The pros: the price was affordable, check in was smooth. Right off the interstate The cons: the room smelled liked old socks. There was one used roll of toilet paper. The room feels dirty and dated. And there was some kind of disagreement going on between two other guests in the parking lot during the night and we were not only having trouble sleeping, but also a little nervous to leave our room."
