"Rent is too high, and goes up every year. Faulty wiring... the lights flicker then power completely goes out in half the apt. They said it was the fixture and came and changed it. IT WAS NOT!! Definitely the wiring somewhere in there. Goes out almost every night, but often during the day as well."

"The maintenance people are always very hard-working they help fix our water very quickly and any other problems we have had in past. I know they’re very busy but they always help fast and are very respectful and hard working. Also the lady in front office has always been very nice and helpful. we never had any problems staying here."

"I moved there last year. When I signed the lease maintenance still had to be done on the apartment. I want able to move in until almost a month after signing, and part of the maintenance my dad and I had to do. There was no weather stripping around my front door, you could easily see like all around which meant bugs can easily get in as well as heat and air won't stay in. After moving in the first night I went to take a shower and found that my tub only had hot water and scalding hot water, no cold. Every other day it was something and there was a roach infestation that they took forever to send pest control out for. All they did though was spray as oppose to bomb the place (my dad and I had to do that too) but literally every time I turned around there were roaches. I had no peace there whatsoever. They were kind enough to break my lease and give me back my security deposit but honestly I should've gotten my 2 months worth of rent back as well since they didn't hold up their end of the deal. I wouldn't recommend this complex, they don't believe in proper upkeep"

"They are very old apartments, when something breaks they don't fix it and they have cockroach infestation"
