"WOW!!! Ordered some trees online, drove 45 minutes to the store from New Albany, and they did not have the trees I had ordered. I called customer service, and was called back by the district manager Ben. He brought me the 3 trees, after he drove to Hardinsburg, KY to get the correct trees. I have never experienced such great customer service from any company, he went way above and beyond to make sure I received what I had ordered. Thanks Ben, much appreciated!"
"Everyone is friendly and helpful. Someone actually greets me when I enter and asks if I need any help finding stuff, which usually I do because I'm usually buying stuff for my mom's dog which I know nothing about. They have a wide variety of stuff including pet supplies and even baby clothes. They sell chicks and ducks too which I love to look at when I go in there."
