"We did not have a pleasant experience with our party host. I highly do not recommend booking a party at this location. They were not on time with the party room, dance party, etc. but they had no issues dismissing us right at time. The birthday character Elsa, DID NOT look appropriate for the party. It scared a lot of the kids, especially my child (birthday girl)."
"I take my 2 and 4 yr old grandsons. They love it! They burn off a lot of energy on cold, hot or rainy days. Clean facilities, friendly staff. A little pricey. The fee will allow access for the entire day but that's really not feasible for most people with small children."
"Staff is great and respectful. Clean entrance, party areas and eating tables. Hoping the owners of the location would invest in the play areas maintenance a little bit more. The play mats over the inside climbing areas and walk paths are pretty dirty, including the color balls in the ball pit, you will find many broken ones and stained. Normal wear and tear for the bouncy pads but the toddler section looks pretty outdated."
"The manager and staff would not accommodate a seating request. We asked to use pink benches during booking and we were told that they would try their best. On the day of the event all they provided was rejection. I will not be hosting any other events here in the future."
"I love Let’s and Play in Hoover, I could give 1 star if I was considering just the cleaning. I’m trying to be fair, but also advising the owner/manager and employees that it’s not admissible that way it looks like. Kids needs clean places, it’s clear you guys are not considering this topic important. I take my son there frequently and all the time the cleaning looks worse. I hope I don’t need to stop going there because the poor cleaning service. The least we expect from a place that we pay for, it’s to be a clean place. I really hope to see this problem solved for all the families that take their kids there. It will show me that there’s respect coming from this business."
