"Had a business related visit to this location for a drop off. The location is new and appears to have construction work still on going. Upon my arrival I encountered a lady called M.P who appeared to be having a bad day and was complaining to a colleague about not caring because she didn't know what location she would be working from next..upon instructing me on where to make my drop off she refused to have anyone assist me despite the fact that the pallet was stuck on the lift gate. A contractor with a fork lift approached me to assist but she told him to back off because it was my job and i was paid to do it and that by helping me he would be running behind with his job.. eventually when she stepped away a DG driver who was on site assisted me and I was able to make my drop off. This review is purely related to my encounter with the manager/supervisor Ms Parks and is not a reflection of the retail aspect of this store."
