Kroger

"If I could leave negative stars, I would. Consistently the absolute worst Kroger in the area, by far. In there multiple days a week, every week, and the produce is always almost completely bare. The bakery is a joke, with almost always nothing stocked. Went today and there was not a single loaf of bakery bread available. You would think with the volume this store gets, they would be able to maintain inventory to at least have a single loaf of bread available. Meat selection is consistently within 2-3 days of expiration. This store is consistently out of stock of primary food items and only ever seems to be stocked with random selections that nobody is buying anyways. On top of that, the customer service is absolutely wild. The “veteran” employees are rude as hell and never seem to want to be useful in any type of way, and the kid employees are like deer lost in headlights when it comes to simple assistance. Compared to the new Bargersville location, I have no idea how this place is still in business other than the sheer convenience of location. Will only ever be stopping here for absolute grocery emergencies from now on."

"I had questions and two associates at the store took the time to help me. Most of the people that work at this particular Krogers are very helpful and kind. I have been to other Krogers stores but this one is my preference."

"Absolutely horrific drive up service. Had time slot picked as usual. Showed up towards end of the time slot and they hadn't even picked the order yet. Kept reassuring me they would have it out soon and I waited an hour and a half. If it was going to be delayed, they should have sent a notification. And if it wasn't going to be ready soon, then don't tell me that. I would have gone inside and gotten everything myself much faster. I was just trying to get my baby home as quickly as possible. This was supposed to be a convenience, and it was the exact opposite."

"It's definitely and the old style of stores. Could definitely use a modern update and maybe rearranging of the aisles very difficult to find what you're shopping for. Customer service sucks unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired for. Fellow customers are very rude. The only reason why I still come to this location is a lot of my clients prefer me shop here closer to the residence"
