"The first tech (one of two) ordered a replacement fan for our new microwave. He returned after 3 weeks to install the fan but said that a replacement enclosure was now needed since the reported noise could still be heard. Waited another four weeks before another tech came out again with the replacement enclosure. The second tech advised me that the first tech had replaced the wrong fan and that the new enclosure wasn’t the problem. He ordered the correct fan but we had to wait another 3 weeks before it was replaced (ordering warranty parts through Whirlpool takes an exorbitant amount of time). It’s fixed and working great however this process took WAY TO LONG and could have been avoided if the first tech had done their job. Additionally, I had asked a manager to contact me after learning about the first tech’s mistakes and never heard from them. I will not be using Groves Appliance again-hoping someone reads this and learns from my experience."
"Cooper was very professional, I love his personality! He was able to diagnose the problem in a decent amount of time. I want Cooper to come back to install the part when it comes in. Cooper just came back today and fixed my dishwasher, Its like new, not making a sound. I love it. He knows what hes doing."
"The servicemen were EARLY for arrival, a huge positive to us (they do call ahead when they’re on their way)! The men were tidy, very professional, pleasant & informed. I found it most refreshing to hear the training from one man to the other; we find great value in continuous training & education by any employer. They answered all of our questions and ran complete diagnostics on our appliance. We will def call them as we have need going forward."
