"I would give a 0 if possible. Anytime I go into this store employees are nowhere to be found. I waited up front for ten minutes. I rang the bell and also looked around for them while politely saying excise me ... Nobody ever showed up! Where is management?"
"The lady working was very nice. However this was the first time I had been in this store in years. I was surprised that their prices were higher than I expected (Walmart is cheaper) and then the line to check out was long and had forked but people didn't realize it and eventually one side had to go around back to the end of the other side and start over. I didnt see any other employee there to help out the woman I originally saw when I entered who had been mopping and was then on the checkout with this suddenly very long line."
"Has x a good manager but employees are basically lazy. They don't help much up front and lines are long. They really need at least 2 cashiers all of the time. After all the customers don't like to wait in line. when I went there a person was eating a sandwich and talking to coworker. There were at least 10 customers in line. Customer care should be the number one priority."
"It's a decent place to run in when you don't want to fight the typical big chain stores especially if you just need a few necessities. Courteous staff, helpful and they stay busy stocking, running registers, handling customer questions etc. The store can be a little messy but when you need convenient, quick shopping it's a good choice."
