"Horrible customer service. Called me an hour after my appointment to tell me the guy scheduled to work on my washer was sick and had to go home; therefore they were canceling my appointment. I asked for another technician and they said no we cannot do that. You run a business you find a way to take care of customer. They did not. Also the associate hung up on me when I said that is bad business; can you please get someone here today. Update: No I did not expect the sick employee to come to my house. I expected you to make it right; and you DID NOT explain you only have 5 employees and that you are a small business. You showed your bad service in this comment. If you would have explained that on the phone I would have understood. You were also raising your voice at me is why I got the attitude. Have a good night."

"I have had to have them come back out over 6 times in the last 3 months for the same problem with my dryer and it is still not fixed. One guy that came didn't give me a heads up that he was coming then threw my clean laundry from the dryer in the floor and left it there. Each guy that came left a dryer lint mess all over the place, and more than once the receptionist says she'll call the tech and get back with me I have to call back because she doesn't call. At one point I was scheduled to have a tech come and then when I called a couple of days later to say that the tech never showed the receptionist tried to blame it on me and said that if I didn't confirm the appointment (which I did), they won't come. They keep guessing at what the problem is but I'm wondering if any of them know what they're doing. I paid over $500 to have them fix my dryer and it still has problems. There have been at least 3 different techs come look at it, try the same thing they did the first time, maybe replace one part, and then leave. I've not had a single follow up asking if the problem has been resolved and have had to call back multiple times to get someone to come back to make another attempt at fixing it. I have been polite and understanding until now but I am done. I do not recommend this company."
