"My furnace quit working on a Tuesday morning. Called Dugan air, by 9:30 the technician Carlos showed up. He examined the furnace and found that the heat exchanger had problems. He explained all of my options very well. The Dugan Air Team ordered parts and Carlos install them on Wednesday. Carlos did an excellent job in repairing the furnace. Thanks again to the Dugan team.There were no Shenanigans!"

"Dugan came out and gave us an estimate for a new AC/furnace on Saturday and Jeremy was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He scheduled the install for Tuesday morning and the techs were on time and had the system completely done by the end of the day. They were careful with removal of the old system and quiet as we were working from home. When they were finished, they showed us how to work the thermostat and have us a gift basket. I can honestly say that's never happened before and I was impressed. Their customer service is what we should be striving for and Jessica, the receptionist, is super nice and helpful. She contacted me today and got information so she could even handle our Duke rebates. THIS. This is why we shop local. I would never have gotten this type of experience with a large corporation. I can't recommend them highly enough!"
