"The Franklin Kohl's is always a pleasant experience. When the return lines or check out lines get several people waiting, more clerks are in place quickly to assist customers! This store is always clean and well kept."
"The store was well stocked and they had a good 20% off coupon for the day. Unfortunately, the prices are really high and even the clearance stuff was higher than I thought they would be. The staff was friendly, although you really had to look around to find someone. I think Kohl's needs to do a better job of hiring so they have more people on the floor to help assist customers."
"I don't think they hire enough help. The staff is always friendly and helpful but the stock is always low. Especially in the plus sizes. Great prices if you ask when you can come in and find what you want. I was told Monday."
