"Ryan is really killing it with the breakfast sandwiches. The hot honey breakfast sandwich and the andouille sausage breakfast sandwich that he has now are amazing. You need to come in and check these out. They have biscuits that you can get on the breakfast sandwiches now. And gluten-free biscuits that are amazing! Breakfast sandwiches are BACK!! They are pared back a bit without the veggie options they had before but they are featuring Turchetti's meats! I have been meeting a friend at Mocha on Saturday mornings for a while now and I still think this place has tasty food, a nice atmosphere, and good coffee. They are not doing sandwiches and breakfast bowls right now (June 2022) but they are possibly some of the best in town. They have many gluten-free and Paleo items to offer as well. Stop in for a visit and check out their seasonal drinks on the chalk board or the serve yourself coffee choices (pay for refills). Today I had French Vanilla and Mackinac Island Fudge flavors in my lg. coffee. They have a flavor called Jamaican Me Wild that is very good too! They offer the grounds/beans for sale if you want to make some at home."

"I was visiting a friend from out of town. She usually goes to this place and loved it, but she had one of the worst interactions with staff I’ve ever seen. We get to the place at 8 in the morning. She asks for a latte with no foam. Simple, right? Gets the latte, it’s all foam. My friend wasn’t even rude about it, even though it’s exactly the opposite of what she wanted. She just asked if they could give her more milk to put in her latte. The staff refused. Point blank. I was visiting a friend from out of town. Not happening.” My friend pointed out that there was too much foam. The staff was like “There was no foam when I made it, so any foam must’ve come from you.” Um. Okay? Yes, my friend created this extra foam just so she could get back in line to ask for more milk. You got her! Guilty! One of the most bizarre customer service experiences ever. It’s like, if you’re having a bad day, that’s cool. Happens to all of us. Please don’t take it out on a customer. Never going back."

"We ordered food/drinks for dine-in and were a bit disappointed by how they place drinks and food by their "pick-up" window. Drinks/food don't have your order number, so it causes lots of confusion with people grabbing items that are not theirs. We received half of our order with the other half about 35 minutes later. The food was good, and the drinks were great. Service needs work, and they definitely need to rethink how "dine-in" food/drinks get delivered to the right costumers."

"I don’t frequent coffee shops because I don’t drink coffee. Met a group of friends here to discuss a trip. Someone else ordered for me, so unsure about the service. The strawberry smoothie was good and the cinnamon roll was great! Atmosphere is also great, people were friendly when we needed an extra chair."

"Very nice and cozy local coffee shop. The pumpkin bread was delicious and tasted fresh. The cafe mocha and the blackberry latte were absolutely fantastic."
