"Been sitting at the window at the Bedford Indiana Captain Ds for 20 minutes straight and still counting, so they just came to the window after this long and told me they are out of lettuce and have to run to Jay-c to get some like I'm supposed to wait longer, and why it take over 20 minutes to tell me that.. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. LONG JOHN'S FROM HERE ON OUT."
"Drive thru: Inexperienced employees and lacking customer service skills. The country style fish I got was nothing but raw batter-corn meal. I had to throw it away. This saddens me to no end! This used to be one of my favorite restaurants."
"The Bedford location is an absolute disgrace. The restaraunt is the dirtiest restaraunt I have ever been to. The floors were so dirty our shoes were sticking to them as we walked. The bathroom floor was so slippery my husband almost fell. There were no clean tables. The ice machine wasn't working. The fries were cold and the rest of the food was not great either. Don't even get me started on the employees. The guy working the counter looked like he hadn't washed his hair in weeks and there was visible dirt on his hands and under his nails. Then I saw one of the employees pop out from the back and his clothes were filthy and he also looked like he hadn't bathed in weeks. I instantly regreated my order. On top of it all we waited forever for our food. My father in laws food took over 30 minutes for 2 pieces of fish and fries. I can't say enough bad things about this place."
