"Very disappointed in my first experience ordering on-line. One of the 4 subs was perfect, but the other three had none of the customized choices I entered, from the bread to the items I asked for and those I wanted left off. It was not a busy time so I don't understand what happened but I doubt I will try again."

"Food was ok. Service was horrible. Nothing was filled up. Ice machine wasn't working right. Place was dirty. Girl who check us out was rude and I had to ask twice for my cup. Male employee touched bacon with his bare hand. Need major changes with workers and cleaning. Staff spent most of the time on phones or sitting down talking. Was by far the worst experience ever. Will not be back until they do some changes."
