She said she couldn’t make it and acted like she didn’t know what it was but every other Starbucks I’ve been to somehow can?Its also literally on the menu."
"Out of all the Starbucks I visit this one at the bittersweet plaza makes it the best. I love all there workers. They know me and my hubbys drink and us. Fast and friendly. Highly recommend. Staff goes above and beyond to make you happy."
"My niece made a mobile order for 4 drinks. Went in and waited forever than was told they only made 2 drinks. No we definitely didn't pay 30 dollars for 2 drinks the lady kept arguing I was wrong. Finally the worker said let me show you the receipt. Here she comes and like I said there was 4 drinks. Than told I had I had to wait even longer as half the staff was just standing there not doing anything. The staff here is rude, lazy, and have no customer service. Will never go back to this store."
