Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"Got a carry out order and paid $23 for my meal only to go home and find a hair swimming in the bottom of my pasta bowl in the sauce. I called to complain and the manager initially asked if refunding only half of my food would suffice and then asked how much of my food did I get to eat before I noticed. Wouldn’t it make it worse that I’ve eaten half of my food before I realized there is someone else’s hair in my meal? However she implied that since she assumed I ate half of the food, only half a refund would be appropriate."

"Now this is what an experience at Olive Garden should be. Great service, clean restaurant, relatively clean restrooms (a few pieces of tissue on the floor) delicious food and attentive staff. We visited on 11/19 around 3. There was a 15 minute wait. Once we were seated it didn’t take long for our server to take our order. Food was out quickly. Ordered the artichoke dip, penne with meatballs, spaghetti with mushroom sauce, chicken Alfredo fettuccine, black tie mousse cake, and chocolate brownie lasagna. Everything was delicious. Olive Garden made it up to us after an awful experience at a location in Florida and this location did not disappoint at all. Keep up the great work. Customer service and experience are clearly at the forefront of all they do here. Thank you. Dessert pictures are not flattering but both were delicious. Prices are a bit high but I guess that’s everywhere."

"I went to here with my husband today. I love Alfredo chicken pasta in here. It's my favorite food. My husband tried to steak with cream pasta. But im really disappointed to us waiter. My fork,knife was dirty. So i asked to her.. Change new one. But she was forgot it. She gave me spoon lol. It's was my mistake . I should have asked her correctly. I said" i asked it can you change spoon" I regret it after i speck lol cuz im foreginer.. It's confused sometimes lol Anyway.. I thought the olive garden gave some sauce with bread stick. But she doesn't gave any sauce. So we asked sauce. We dident know it's charge sauce 5bucks. And husband was ordered margarita. But she forgot to put shot in margarita. She gave it separate lol I dont know... I feel the michigan city ... olive garden was more better."

"Wait time was short. Food is great but pricey. Staff is attentive and friendly. Serving sizes are appropriate. Would definitely recommend it."

"The salad had too much dressing. My fettuccini with extra sauce was really good. The kids pizza wasn't good. I suggest Olive Garden make a thicker better tasting crust. My husband also loved his spaghetti and meatballs with extra sauce. My daughters raspberry lemonade was delicious! Waiter was nice and others helped him when he got too busy. Atmosphere and music are great!"
