"They panic when they get busy, they bring out wrong orders to cars, the manager is petty when people ask them to take responsibility for the bad service and makes them wait longer. The other workers have bad attitudes towards people waiting too. Not just my experience I saw the way they treated other waiting vehicles."
"My son and I frequent this locale every Saturday morning for breakfast. Touchscreen ordering is hard the first few times but very easy to get use to even for picky eaters. Never had an order mistake after coming here for about a year."
"The food and quality are always good and consistent. My issue is the slow service and sometimes the order is incorrect. You need to check the orders before you drive away or else you'll regret it when you get home. This location took away the self-serve soda fountain station."
"I ordered large fries, medium fries, 6 piece chicken nugget and waited in line for 17 minutes. The manager Tiana could not answer why I waited so long. This is the second McDonald’s I’ve visited owned and operated by this management group!! Stay away… drive a few minutes to McDonald’s that have good staff and good management and ownership…"
