"Every time my son wants Wendy's, I cringe. The last few times I have gone through the drive thru, I have left the line because of how long I have waited, and the line has barely moved. The last time I went, I waited a pretty long time for some nuggets and fries. The food was okay, but it was not worth the wait. Definitely not the Wendy's to visit if you want "fast" food."

"My mom got a home style chicken sandwich meal and I got a Dave's single. The chicken sandwich top bun and chicken were cold and hard to the touch. My Dave's single was cold and the outside bread was drenched in ketchup and mayo like there was sauce on the wrapper before they wrapped it. Will not be going back. I have consistently gotten cold food nearly everytime I make the mistake of coming here."

"Service definitely has to be worked on at this location. I was here for a quick snack (got the 4 for 4), and although my food was good. The wait time with just 3 cars ahead of me, was a bit ridiculous. And then when I had been asked to repeat what else I wanted at the speaker, with then pulling up to the window and having to rerepeat what I ordered again, and then the one the lady selected was completely wrong, which luckily, she repeated it because my total would have been something around the $20 mark, when I only was to spend $4. So, it's a good thing they repeated it before running my card for the transaction. So, between the wait time and that service is why I only gave 3 stars. Satisfied that at least my food was warm and tasted fairly fresh. Time waiting in drive thru from when I got in line to the window was about 15 mins."

"This Wendy’s deserves five stars because everything went smoothly from placing my order to reviving it. We have to wait a few minutes to get the order but that is because they had to make the burgers fresh. I can’t complain about that. They were very busy when we pulled through and they still managed to get everything put together correctly. It’s easy to forget how hard working fast food is but it’s not easy so I always commend a fast food restaurant that handled every thing in a professional way. Especially when it’s during a busy time and they are working under pressure. We had chicken nuggets, fried, Biggie Bags with the cheeseburgers and Dr. pepper for the drinks and everything was done perfectly. Thanks Wendy’s!"
