"EXCELLENT customer service. The workers are all very kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs!!! Management clearly is doing a great job. I saw new employee training being done the last time I dined in, and it seemed very organized and well thought-out. The workers all seem very happy at their jobs, and it shows in the kindness and great service they provide their customers. Kudos to the managers, I worked in service industry management before I became a mom and it’s a hard job - these guys are stellar"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything about the whole experience was absolutely horrible. The place that I work for ordered for everyone in the office which was about 15 people. I went to pick it up and the first thing that offset me was that I had 6 drinks I needed to carry along with a large box and several bags and they had no drink carrier. Second thing was once I got back to my place of work and sorted through what everyone got, 13 out of 15 orders were wrong. I've never seen a place get that much wrong. When my manager tried to call the store and ask for her money back or a replacement order or something, they laughed at her saying that it wasn't even possible for them to mess up that much. We continued to tell them that they did mess up and some people even have food allergies and can't eat it. They said (and I quote), "Just eat around what they can't have." Last time I checked, that's not how a food allergy works. Again, they laughed and said that we would have to bring it all back up there for them to check to see if it's actually wrong. So, we did. They were NEVER apologetic about what happened. I took it back up there with a friend and they ended up remaking the order in the back for us. I work at a fast food restaraunt and if something like that happened, we would refund the money and remake the food for them. There was nothing of the sort coming from them. They ended up hesitantly giving us a thing of chips and queso. I will never be coming back to this location. I would gladly drive 30 more minutes to any other location. Don't waste your time or money going to this location. Absolute worst experience I've ever had."

"Very pricey! The pulled pork was good- had that on taco. The pulled beef was too spicy. The chicken was ok. My wife did like the bowl and we appreciated most of all the gluten free options. The service eh, one person helping by register was snarky."

"Slowest and worst chipotle experience. Don’t bother ordering online it won’t be ready even when you get there 10 minutes after the ready time. Seemingly staffed by 1-2 people until a giant line forms and then staff comes out to finally help. Bowl had next to no lettuce on it. Tacos didn’t get sour cream that was ordered and got a small bag of chips with large queso."

"In the dark gloomy world very few times do I ever get a "thank you" or we appreciate you anymore. Tonight after working, I needed something good to eat so I stopped by Chipotle to pickup a meal to take home. I was in full police uniform and it was a real surprise to find out this is one of the very few places left in the world today where the staff still provides a "thank you" "we appreciate you" along with a kind discount. Over my 30yr career it's been depressing to see discounts fade away and has always disappointed me at the restaurants that wouldn't even give public service the same discount as their own issued coupons--- WOW this place brought me a smile and wanted to write about the AMAZING experience ----- I recommend to all Law Enforcement that they can eat here and feel welcome and appreciated. Chipotle is definitely stepping-up and making a big statement to support public safety - and for that I personally will always honor them and will be ready to serve them by spreading positivity and returning often to check on them when on duty. The food is fabulous, the staff great- I can't think of a better place that I now wanna support and help spread the word - that this is definitely the best fast food place that exists in the US today.
