"Since Culvers built in Avon, we use the drive thru a lot. We like the food and service is usually good. Last night one of our sandwiches was missing. We called the store and was told to come back in to replace it. Today at 1:00 I did and asked for the Manager. She was very rude. She did not want to replace my sandwich and said they only gave coupons when that happened.. she said the night manager was mistaken, and take up the problem with him. I was shocked by her attitude. Very poor customer service. Since I had to make the trip back. I asked to be compensated with a small shake and fries. That really sent her over the edge! I realize she may be having a bad day, but I don’t think a customer should have to deal with rudeness in a manager. She kept walking away from me when I tried to speak with her. I felt that she was ungracious and abrupt in her facial expression and manner."
"I realized a little too late that ordered literally 10 minutes before they closed. You would have never been able to tell everyone was still working like normal my order was taken with a smile and no lash back that it was right before close once I realized I felt horrible but felt better knowing they treated me amazing regardless of what time I was ordering & as someone who is pregnant & it was one of the last places open I was so grateful!"
"I had the pork loin sandwich with onion rings and a drink and he had a double butter, burger and french fries and a drink. Both of our meals were delicious! Most of the time when we go there I get the shrimp and he gets the fish dinners so far everything we have tried there is very good! We have never had to wait very long for our food. The service there is very good!"
"Ordered my food through the drive through literally had to walk in and ask where my damn food was. Was sitting in the back. Not once did anyone come to my car or the other car and asked our name or number. Had to tell the other car to go in and get there food after both of us waiting 20-25 minutes. Thankfully staff remade the food but damn! At least 8 employees just standing around. There was a nice girl that helped me, but the rest were just wasting time. Unbelievable!"
