"Kiosk screens are filthy. Food is extremely greasy, bathrooms gross/soap dispenser doesn’t work. The entire restaurant has a bad stench to the point where I had to leave early without finishing my food. Employees not friendly and seemed annoyed that I was even there."

"I had no idea places like this existed . They have completely removed the service part, out of the restaurant industry. No one talks to you. Employees don't talk to each other. When they call you they just say your number, put the tray down and walk away. Why do they even ask for you to type your 1st name? Mind blowing. There is no atmosphere to the place. They ask for a tip...WHY?!?!?! Tips are for service! You don't offer any! I highly recommend you avoid this place completely, unless you hate the human race, then this is your place."

"We wanted to stop and get something fast to and get back on the road..but that didn't happen. We stopped because there weren't any cars in the parking lot and a couple in drive thru. When you walk in,you are greeted with a sign to order from the keyosk and pay there. There were 3 card only and 1 cash/card. The girl that worked there was very friendly in helping navigate it. Then in order to get your drinks,you have to scan the qr code or the drink station doesn't work. We had trouble getting it to work. I had to get the guy who worked there to help. You have to scan for refills too. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. When it's ready,they call your name and you have to go pick it up. Our burgers were so greasy we have to use napkins to try to soak up what we could. I got a milkshake and the cup wasn't even full. I had to mark no whipped cream on the keyosk or you get charged for it...the cherry was free. In the womens bathroom,the toilet I used wouldn't flush and the soap dispenser was broke. Sorry, but we won't be stopping there again. If this is the future of how food places are going to be, we won't be going in any of them. It's more of an inconvenience then practicle."

"This establishment has undergone a significant decline since our last visit, my wife and I must regretfully admit. In the past, the staff here consistently provided exceptional service for a remarkable four-year period. However, the tides have turned, and the current state of affairs is rather disheartening. The atmosphere now exudes a sense of neglect, with a disgustingly grimy floor and a painfully slow service. It was a truly excruciating experience as we waited for a distressing 30 minutes for our order to be prepared. Both restrooms emitted a stench that suggested they had not received proper cleaning in weeks. To compound matters, the lights in the bathrooms were completely nonfunctional, leaving us no choice but to utilize the flashlight function on my iPhone. Meanwhile, the overflowing trash only added to the overall desolation of the place. The staff members themselves appeared downtrodden, their movements impeded by the greasy and slippery floor. It is imperative that the corporate management intervene and rectify the situation promptly in order to salvage the reputation of this establishment. One aspect that particularly caught us off guard was the requirement to obtain a receipt for drink refills. As Texans, this was an entirely unfamiliar concept to us. This establishment, once a source of great satisfaction, has sadly left us feeling disappointed. We have been loyal patrons for years, but alas, it is simply not the same anymore. The personal connections between waitstaff and customers that were once so prominent are now noticeably absent. A most unfortunate situation indeed."

"I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill so bad. The food itself is okay, but the place smelled so bad, it was hard to eat. It smelled like sewage. The staff was so loud and obnoxious that we could hardly hear ourselves talk and the service was non existent. We had to order from a kiosk and then pick up our order at the counter, yet they still had the nerve to ask for a tip."
