"I am editing this review from 4 yrs ago. It is crazy $40 is often the norm for 2 to eat out. Here it was 28 with tip. They now have table service. Which I thought was great!!!!"
"The food was good, but the service sucked. I’ve never been asked to pay before eating my food at a restaurant before when we asked for a drink refills we were told where the soda fountain was and to get it ourselves. They did not offer kids or small drink sizes only medium and larges. For a restaurant centered around families do not have a kids drink option was disappointing. Aside from when our pizza and breadsticks were delivered to the table, which is when we were asked to pay, the only worker we saw was a gentleman sweeping and wiping down tables we had brought our two year-old to allow him to watch the train while we were eating as we did when we were kids. The train only came when our drinks came out, leaving him disappointed. Anytime we walked around to the drink fountain. All the other employees were sitting on the food prep counters playing on their phones."

"The kids love the train and we adults enjoy looking at the pictures. The pizza was awesome as always and we love that we can get PEPSI. Now to explain the rating for atmosphere. We feel there is room for a facelift. Some updates would go a long way in making the experience top notch. We also found many surfaces either greasy or sticky at the table Cleanliness isn't what it used to be."
