"We added ourselves to the waitlist. We waited for maybe 10 mins to be seated. Not bad at all, our server, Kendall, was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She made sure we never ran out of rolls! Food was great! We had fried pickles and I had a baked potato with corn and the country friend chicken with white gravy. It was delicious! We also got dessert, the brownie and apple pie. The portions for food were great! Kendall kept our drinks full and brought us Togo boxes and bags for our leftover food. She was very kind and makes me want to go back to that location and ask for her!"

"After a long day of work my husband took me for a massage and then dinner. It was kinda late but we were hungry and decided to try Texas Roadhouse. We have never tried this restaurant so it was completely new to us. We walked in to the Hostess and unfortunately it must of been a long day for her also because she had an attitude. She did not greet us at all. Then when she spoke to us, she looked down and no eye contact. She told us to have a seat where someone else was sitting and where a menu was at (there was no room). So I clarified and asked her where and she pointed where I thought she meant. I went over to sit on the side of the bench and the person sitting down was apparently a worker. She got up as I sat and my husband was now able to sit. The one who got up is the one who took us to our table. So far not a good impression. The waitress was good. Unfortunately, she assumed that we have been there before and we felt rushed in ordering. My husband had to tell her it was our first time. She then gave us time to look over the menu. She was very pleasant. The food was great! We just did not feel well received/welcomed. We spent over $100 and granted it was 1hour and 15 min before closing and we still left before closing."

"As of lately been ordering family meals. I order online super simple no complaints. Food is always delicious my only issue is the customer service. Whenever I get there I'm never greeted and once checking food they half way provide you with the things that's suppose to come with the meal. Salad dressing, sour cream etc. Then when you ask for items they give you a tiny cup, with a blank stare knowing that you ordered a family meal. I definitely won't be back to this location."
