"This location give smaller portions. The chicken breast are smaller & they gave us so little cheese sauce we barely had enough for 3 fries. The bad part is we had to drive abt 10 mins back for our cheese sauce bec they only rang us up for 2, we asked for cheese sauce for all 5 meals. I called to let them know & also told them the cheese sauce we did get had very little in it equivalent to 2 tbsp. You could actually see the corner of the cup bec it was so little n the container, so I specifically asked for them to put more cheese in the container. But of course that didn't happen. For almost $2 I should have enough for my medium fry. I will just continue to go to the other locations in Avon and Plainfield. Maybe I will try them again in about 6 mo or so. They need time to improve."
"I hope this is not the new direction for Chick-fil-A. We ate inside for the first time and were not impressed with the set up or the decor. It does not have a welcoming vibe like most Chick-fil-A's. The staff is not as cheerful and they seem to be making a lot of mistakes. We will just go to the old one down the street a few miles. Also, we hate the mobile order priority lane that causes the regular drive through to back up. It is a huge waste of space."
"I drive all the way to this location even though there’s another one much closer to me. This is because their food tastes way better. The other location has gotten really weird with their chicken, tastes grissly and not good. I am glad this one opened so I can get my chick fil a fix!"
"The service was great, food was fast and fresh. The young lady taking my order was friendly and super cute. Overall I can’t complain. I will definitely be back at this location."
