"Every time I go through the drive-thru they're Rude as all get out. They're always out of something or another so it seems. I'm not even asking for top-notch service,I know what to expect when going through a drive-thru, but I would at least like mediocre service. I am tattoo artist in Brownsburg and my wife is a bartender at a prominent Winery, so we believe in treating our food service industry people alright. But they seem to do everything to push against the grain.Thanks again Taco Bell for doing the bare minimum!!! Avon across form Kroger!!"

"Went around midnight and got the smallest limpest chalupa in history. $5 for next to nothing, DO NOT go here at night! I would've rather ate my $5 bill... Smh"

"I tried to order the free breakfast taco on their mobil app for an hour and kept getting OH NO. Which is their error code. The app then charged me for the free taco. When I went to pick it up, the manager came to the window to help me, he promised me a free taco if I would pull around . When I pulled around, he said that he had changed his mind, I could not get an additional taco and I HAD to leave. What? I was afraid to even eat what I had. My prayers go out to this store, as this was only one of several unpleasant encounters from this same store."

"Order was incomplete. I went all the way to work and had to come back to pick up the sauces. While I was there, I ordered a drink fully expecting to pay for it, but the employee said it was on the house. Nice surprise but the manager came up and told him no. I had no problem paying for it since I ordered it, but that's bad business to comp it and then take it back."

"Walked into the taco bell, which I never had any problems before here, and ordered at the kiosk and went to pay with cash. I stood at the register for around 20 minutes (which isn’t too much of an issue, I’ve worked in fast food and I get sometimes there’s just too much going on with drive-thru and mobile door dash orders) and I had ordered the dipping taco meal which comes with the dipping taco, a chalupa, a 5 layer, and chips with cheese. After they begrudgingly gave me my order and looked in it, I did not get the dipping taco, I had barely any chips and these were the cheese sauces gave to me, not even a pump of cheese. I understand if they don’t have enough cheese sauce but if that was the case, tell the customers or at least put out a sign. This sight just makes the wait I went through all the more bitter. Also while I was waiting for someone to ask me if I needed any help, there were multiple other issues going on with other customers, I even heard a young lady with her child cussing under her breath because they got most of their order wrong after also waiting a good amount of time. I don’t know what the problem was for them today but it’s just bizarre to me."
