"Ordered online for pick up after coming home from work. Pulled up to find I had to go inside to pick up order. Dining room was empty. Picked up my pot pie. Looked in bag to see there was no fork or napkin. Asked for them, and then was told they had no Diet Pepsi. I asked if they had any other diet drinks. I was told they have Mt. Dew or lemonade. Lol! One employee walked through the kitchen wearing Christmas underwear with his pants belted below his rear. That might be how he dresses out in the world, however he was at work and it was totally inappropriate. I don't think I have ever been inside this location before. It just looked and smelled dirty. YUCK! I won't even use drive thru again, if what I could see is any indication of the cleanliness of the kitchen. Very disappointed. As I was leaving three of the five employees came out to smoke."

"I had to give 1 star. Went in on Sunday evening around 630. I ordered an 8 pc chicken nugget, mashed potatoes and drink, my son had the #7 which was chicken tenders totalling 28$. I started to eat what was supposed to be nuggets that were so old, crisp, and unedible to say the least. Every single employee went outside to smoke and left us in there so had to wait for them to come back in. Tall guy with dreads as talked about in reviews above came in coughing so hard I thought he was going to get sick? He went in office and I had to literally yell for him to come out of the office ( clearly was out smoking pot) with the other employees? Just wanted a refund and to get my son out of there from going outside to the conversations being had by employees. What the heck has happened to this place? Don't go in there or even order from this establishment. They need shut down and fast before they kill someone with their food from sitting all day and night. Calling corporate tomorrow because the so called manager made me wait 20 minutes to get my refund and then he didn't even apologize. Do something about this manager because it's no wonder the employees under him don't care."

"Clerk RUDE! Had to ask for receipt twice. No straw or spoon. They got my order and drink wrong. When I went inside to ask, he blamed me for his mistake! He was EXTREMELY rude! Long dreads and high! DO NOT go here!! I'm calling Corporate! I'm thinking about getting an Attorney for discrimination!"

"My doordasher waited for over an hour for my order. When I finally got it, my order was a joke. I ordered a bowl, 3 piece white meat (I got 2 thighs & a leg) w/ 2 sides carrots and cole slaw (I got a mashed potato) w/pepsi (didn't get) and 12 biscuts (also didn't get). My order came to over $43.00 with taxes and tip. I have tried calling for 2 hours now with no answer. I would have resolved it privately if they had answered. I want my money refunded."

"$20 fill up box is the way to go This location seems to be forgotten about. There was a buffet, but it wasn't open. They had no extra crispy which was ok. The fries were good but the nuggets were old. The workers were the highlight of my meal because they were kind and funny."
