"Came through the drive thru and ordered my typical bone-in 3 piece meal. It seemed warm and fresh in the box but when I opened it I was sooo sad to find an extremely small chicken thigh (same size as the wing, I'm not kidding) and a drum and a wing. Additionally they gave me mashed potatoes instead of fries and no honey for my biscuit which I had asked for. I went in and confronted them about it ready to ask for a refund. Katrina? I think was her name was very nice about it all and I felt comfortable talking to her. She gave me an appropriately sized thigh, fries, and the honey I was missing. Unfortunately I do not think I will be back simply because the small size of all the chicken is apparently the new normal and it is wayyy too expensive for me to see how that's fair or how I can continue to support that. I have been so disappointed with all the fast food chains lately."
"I love Popeyes but on this particular night I order some wings and a family size fries. I know for a fact the fries are sitting for awhile at room temperature and didn’t realize it till I got home to eat! I was highly upset about that. Please do better and serve food fresh to order."

"To be honest, I am a HUGE lover of Popeye’s!! It is my absolute favorite fast food. This store had very good customer service. Unfortunately, I ordered a fish sandwich, that came out very overcooked. It was like eating fish jerky with very little fish. 1/2 of my sandwich actually had NO fish at all, just breading that was over cooked and dried out. Where you could see white fish, it was extremely dried out. I am pretty sure it had been sitting under some kind of warmer for hours!! To add insult to injury, the store was advertising beignets but were sold out. The lobby is closed so to get a replacement sandwich I would have to sit in the line again and it was wrapped all the way around the building. We needed to get home so I grabbed food elsewhere. I will definitely give this Popeyes another try, but hopefully it is better next time around."
